Work Samples

UX.

Three wireframe rebuilds of enterprise and client portals, in insurance, machine learning and private aviation.

Liberty Mutual · Golden Eagle agent portal

Liberty Mutual.

The agent portal was confusing, and simple tasks took too many steps. Putting account lookup first on the dashboard got agents to the record faster. Cleaning up and reordering the tabs, and giving each one its own named contacts, cut the time it takes to finish a task.

Golden Eagle agent portal dashboard wireframe: account lookup, four KPIs, recent account activity and news.
Account summary drawer wireframe, open over the dashboard, with policy, billing and claims summaries.
Manage shortcuts modal wireframe: a filterable catalogue beside an ordered list of your shortcuts.
Loss runs wireframe: a numbered two-step builder with a live report preview.

Bottomline · Predictive analytics platform

Bottomline.

There was nothing to design against at the start: no interface, no screens, only a predictive analytics engine that had to guide people through the work. We began with the people who built the tools, then interviewed the users and wrote what we heard into a single summary document. From there we worked through the tasks they had asked for, built wireframes that could be tested, and designed the front-end system for the internal development team to build.

Bottomline ML platform home wireframe: start options, a Running now strip with progress, and recent studies.
Model metrics wireframe: ROC curves for two parameter sets told apart by line style and marker.
Generating model wireframe: a numbered stepper, progress percentage and a timestamped process log.
Parameter sets wireframe with a Use column and a parameter details popover.

PlaneSense · Client portal

PlaneSense.

Research and the user data we gathered pointed at one goal: move owners online and off the phone. The system had to understand each owner’s fractional lease terms, and it had to carry the details that make a trip theirs, from a dog’s birthday to a food allergy to the exact names required on board. The challenge was holding all of that in screens clean enough for any owner to use, whatever their comfort with software.

PlaneSense portal home wireframe: quick actions, upcoming trips and contract hours as a stacked bar.
Airports wireframe: a filter rail beside a map showing airports inside a chosen radius.
Create estimate wireframe with two trip legs and an estimate summary.
Account hub wireframe with entry tiles and contract hours at a glance.
